At Kukai Buzz, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, activewear and loungewear must have all hygiene seals and tags intact.

- Items purchased with promotional discount codes (e.g., WELCOME15) are eligible for exchange only, not refunds
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. We want to make sure you find the perfect fit!

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
